 Microsoft at the Xbox Games Showcase announced a black version of the Xbox Series S game console, equipped with a built-in 1TB solid-state drive, which is twice the amount of permanent memory of the standard white version of the console.

The novelty was introduced by the head of the Xbox Phil Spencer (Phil Spencer), also noting that the company has increased the supply of the Xbox Series X game console to meet demand.

The original white Xbox Series S was introduced with a suggested price of $299. However, it only offers 512 GB of permanent storage. For an additional 512 GB as part of the console, you will have to pay $50. In other words, the black version is priced at $349.

Pre-orders for the black Xbox Series S with 1TB of memory are already accepted. Deliveries of new items will begin on September 1, just in time for the release of games such as Starfield and Forza Motorsport.
