There will only be one way to buy HITMAN 1, 2 and 3 starting January 26th
IO Interactive has announced major changes to how players will experience Hitman franchise games.
For starters, Hitman 3 will get a new name and become the gateway to the entire trilogy. The game will be called Hitman World of Assassination and will give access to the first and second title through the Access Pass system.
World of Assassination will be the only available option to purchase and start playing any of the games.
“Essentially, these two changes will mean that all new players and existing Hitman 3 owners will get the same core content. There will be no more confusion about which edition to buy, what content you have, how to redeem Legacy packs or import locations, etc.”
The changes to the franchise will be valid from the 26th of January and two game packs will be made available:
– Hitman World of Assassination (US$ 70 ou equivalente local): inclui Hitman 3, Hitman GOTY Access Pass e Hitman 2 Standard Access Pass.
– Hitman World of Assassination Deluxe Pack (US$ 30 ou equivalente local): inclui Hitman 3 Deluxe Pack, Hitman 3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection e Hitman 2 Expansion Access Pass.
People who already have Hitman 3 in their library will receive the free update on all platforms. It is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch, and PC, plus Google Stadia.
