Hacker B1n4r1b01 published an iOS 15.0-15.1.1 exploit based on the Brightiup bug

Security Specialist Brightiup bug for iOS and iPadOS versions 15.0-15.1.1 received a lot of attention after hackers Jake James and @Peterpan 980927 published a "PoC" based on the bug.

Today hacker @ b 1 n 4 r 1 b 01  published a full-fledged iOS and iPadOS 15.0-15.1.1 exploit based on the same bug.

This time, a full-fledged exploit is available, which guarantees the ability to write to the root memory of devices. The exploit author @ b 1 n 4 r 1 b 01  writes that he tested on an iPhone 11 running iOS 15.1, but the exploit should work on all devices with at least 4 GB of RAM. In addition, the exploit can be optimized for other devices, but the hacker @ b 1 n 4 r 1 b 01  simply does not have time for this.

The exploit is available  at  @ b 1 n 4 r 1 b 01 on GitHub.

Jake James has already confirmed that the new exploit should be enough to start work on the jailbreak. This is great news for those waiting for the iOS 15 jailbreak.

James also wrote that he was working on his own exploit.

When can we expect the iOS 15 jailbreak to be released? An exploit is now available so developers can start working on a jailbreak. However, it will take quite a lot of time to develop, since jailbreaking iOS 15 has become more difficult than iOS 14. We will monitor the situation.
