The assortment of smartphones of the Nokia brand was replenished with three new items at once: Nokia C21, C21 Plus and C2 2 edition. Mid-range models boast good autonomy and practical cases, and two older devices in the series additionally received flashes for selfie cameras, allowing you to take high-quality shooting even at night.
Nokia C21 Plus
Nokia C21 Plus is interesting with a durable case with a steel frame and two delivery options with a 4000 and 5050 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, the autonomy of new items in such configurations is up to two and up to three days, respectively. The device with a 6.5-inch display (HD +) is protected from dust and moisture according to the IP52 standard.
The smartphone is based on the Unisoc SC9863A processor, its RAM is 2, 3 or 4 GB in different versions, and the built-in storage is 32 or 64 GB. You can expand the internal storage using a microSD card.
A dual camera with a 13-megapixel main sensor and modes "Portrait" and "Panorama" is responsible for the shooting capabilities of the smartphone. Reliable protection of data and files is provided by the declared quarterly security updates of the operating system for two years, as well as a fingerprint sensor and face recognition technology.
Nokia C21
Nokia C21 is positioned as a smartphone that works all day on a single charge of a 3000 mAh battery. Its main 8-megapixel autofocus camera captures vivid pictures and instantly reads QR codes. And the front module with a resolution of 5 megapixels and its own flash creates high-quality selfies even in low light conditions. Other characteristics of the device are identical to the Plus version, but the maximum amount of RAM is 3 GB.
Like the Plus version, the base model will receive quarterly Android security patches for two years. And a fingerprint scanner and proprietary AI technology to quickly recognize the face of the owner of the device ensure the privacy of photos, videos and applications.
Nokia C2 2 edition
An updated version of the affordable model has been rigorously tested for durability in accordance with the strict standards of the Nokia brand. Thanks to the internal metal frame, the smartphone withstands active daily use. It is equipped with a 5.7-inch display, convenient for web surfing and watching videos, and thanks to two flashes, night shooting can be done on both cameras - main and front.
The smartphone received a removable battery, the charge of which, according to the specification, is enough for a day of active use or several days of autonomy in standby mode. The device is running the Android 11 (Go Edition) operating system, which will receive quarterly security updates for two years. Another feature of the firmware was the minimum number of pre-installed applications to save space on the drive.
According to brand representatives, the C-series now accounts for 16% of all devices sold by the company in five years. The retail debut date, price and more detailed specifications of new products will be announced later.
