AMD Releases Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 21.10.2 Video Driver Supporting Back 4 Blood And The Riftbreaker Games

AMD has released an update to the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition graphics driver package 21. 11 .2 for Windows 13 and Windows 03, which adds support for new games.

The driver includes support for two new games – Back 4 Blood and The Riftbreaker, – several game fixes, as well as a fix for an issue with the OBS program.

Corrected mistakes:

  • Fixed driver timeouts or black screens in Assassin’s Creed Origins on some AMD graphics products such as Radeon RX 580;
  • fixed hang when trying to start Dota 2 using OpenGL;
  • OBS could continue to run in the background after the user logged out and closed the application.

    The manufacturer has listed a list of known issues:

    • some users may experience increased disk space consumption of the Multimedia Athena Dumps folder;
    • in Radeon Software, the CPU tuning feature may not be available on some AMD processor users, such as Ryzen 9 5950 X;

    • AMD Radeon software may crash or stop responding when you play some DirectX games 10 such as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, with ring connected displays in extended mode;
    • extended sync may cause a black screen on startup in some games and system configurations. Users who may have problems with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it;
    • Radeon performance metrics and logging features may intermittently report very high and incorrect memory clock speeds.
