At the end of last month, the Chinese company ZTE unveiled the Axon 30 5G smartphone with a second-generation sub-screen camera. Initially, the device made its debut only in the domestic market in China, but now it has become known about the plans of ZTE to launch the device in the international market. Outside the homeland, the smartphone will start selling on September 9 at a price of 500 euros.

ZTE announced that the Axon 30 5G in a version with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of permanent memory will cost 500 euros. A more advanced version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage will cost 600 euros. Prices for a smartphone in Russia are still unknown, however, they most likely will not differ much from European ones. As a reminder, the Axon 30 5G is the successor to last year's Axon 20 5G, the first commercial smartphone with a sub-screen front camera. It is reported that the quality of the selfie module in the new product has improved markedly, but it still falls short of traditionally placed cameras.

Overall, the Axon 30 is your typical affordable flagship. The smartphone is built on the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, which is an overclocked version of last year's flagship Snapdragon 865+. The device is equipped with a 6.92-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The main quad camera received a 64-megapixel main module, and the sub-screen front camera is capable of taking pictures with a resolution of 16 megapixels. The Axon 30 is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with 55W charging support.
