Asus Introduces The World's Lightest Laptop Computer

It's called ZenBook 13 OLED (UX325) , and it's the latest notebook presented by Asus. It stands out for being, at the time of writing this article, the lightest 13”-inch laptop in the world.

And no less. It weighs just 1.14 kg , and adds to that the fact that it is only 13.9 mm thick. Even with this thickness and weight, the brand claims that it can provide up to 13 hours of autonomy.



Asus is proud to be one of the first brands to popularize OLED screens in notebooks. And this model has a Full HD OLED HDR NanoEdge panel for what the brand claims to be “exceptional realistic visibility”. The equipment has a screen utilization of 88%, with very small margins.

The computer features an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor , with integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics. Accompanying is 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage.

This new notebook has two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 that you can also use for charging. It also has a USB-A 3.2 port, HDMI 2.1 port and a microSD card reader.

When it comes to audio, you can count on a system developed in collaboration with Harman Kardon, with an intelligent amplifier and microphone with voice recognition from Cortana and Alexa. With a simple touch, the touchpad can be used as a number pad .

The ASUS ZenBook 13 OLED (UX325) is now available in Portugal with a recommended retail price (PVP) of 899.99 euros .
