To start with, new “chat themes” are revealed, which promise to help personalize your conversations in another way. In addition, a new quick response bar and QR codes with payment links will be added.
Change the style of your conversation with new topics
If you're fed up with conversational topics that are resigned to a color, Messenger has the solution for you. Now you can transform the background of your conversation, with three very special themes.
First, the theme “Olivia Rodrigo”, based on the release of her new album “Sour”. We also have the theme of World Oceans Day, which promotes sustainability. The theme "The Fast Saga" celebrates 20 years of the saga "Furious Speed".
Quick response bar improves efficiency
With the primary objective of improving the efficiency of your responses, Messenger adds a response bar while consuming media. That way, just click on the photo or video you're watching, and you'll respond directly.
QR codes and payment links
Only in the United States, Messenger users also have QR codes and payment links available when they want to receive or send money through Facebook Pay.
These themes are already working in our tests, but the quick answers from the multimedia contents will not be active yet. It will be a matter of days before they reach everyone.
