BioWare and Electronic Arts released the first Mass Effect Legendary Edition update after the launch, this Monday (17th). The update has almost 12 GB with several fixes and some improvements for the trilogy.
For example, in the first and third titles, certain trophies were not tracking goals correctly. In addition, the initial game in the franchise had improved terrain textures and its sequence received an upgrade in the lighting and shadows of some cinematics.

- Enhanced iris shadows for better interaction with light and ambient occlusion.
- Small calibrations, corrections and stability improvements.
Mass Effect
- Enhanced terrain textures.
- Fixed an issue where deaths from achievements / trophies were not tracked correctly.

- Resolved an issue where the character code was sometimes not displayed in the squad menu.
- Improvements to pre-rendered cutscenes to reduce occasional artifacts.
Mass Effect 2
- Enhanced lighting and shadows in some cinematics.
- Minor visual, rendering and visual effects improvements at some levels.
- Solved small text problems with achievements / trophies.
Mass Effect 3
- Fixed an issue where deaths from achievements / trophies were not tracked correctly
Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a critical success
The remastered trilogy debuted last Friday (14th), with the highest score on the Metacritic website, tied with It Takes Two
