Facebook launches tools focused on small entrepreneurs

The Facebook announced on Tuesday (7) Three new tools geared to small entrepreneurs who use the social network as well as the Instagram to contact clients or promote their services. The main idea of ​​the news is to save the time of the workers and to facilitate the use of ads, the relationship with other users and the publication of videos of divulgation.

In all, there are three new features that are already available to everyone. The first allows sponsored outreach campaigns to be created faster and, in particular, automated. From simple questions involving business objectives and disclosure, for example, it is possible to create fast and budget-friendly advertising for entrepreneurs, without them having to specialize in marketing or rely on "drive-over" at the time of delivery your ads.

Multiple versions of the same advertisement, for example, can be created with a focus on Facebook and Instagram, also containing different links or texts. Custom hints will also be displayed, as well as budget-related recommendations. After the creation, a simple notification system will give access to the metrics and indicate the commercials that had greater reach and results, facilitating the creation of future campaigns.

The relationship work should also be facilitated through a scheduling system, which works from Messenger, SMS or Instagram's direct messaging system. Again, the proposal is customizable, allowing the entrepreneur to customize the menus and display schedules available to customers, who can make the markings from the page itself. The same also applies to cancellations or other warnings.

Meanwhile, at the other end, the system is able to connect to appointment management tools or calendar applications, displaying notifications about new schedules or withdrawals. The system is also able to send reminders to both entrepreneurs and customers on the approach of the scheduled time.

Finally, a new video editing tool has been released to Facebook, allowing users to cut and superimpose text and images easily and directly from the smartphone application. Again, the feature is available in the business management interface of the platform and comes to facilitate the creation of clips that, in sequence, can be simply published on a page or used in sponsored campaigns.

According to Patrick Hruby, vice president of Facebook for Latin America, Facebook has proven effectiveness in the relationship and guarantees greater visibility to the business. With new tools, social networking also saves time and allows entrepreneurs to create more effective campaigns and advertising without the need to specialize or waste money on ineffective ads.
