New interface and new voice search for YouTube on Android

The YouTube app on Android has just been updated and the news concerns all the internal voice search: a new graphical interface and a new voice command are now available. Clicking on the search bar for the first time will first show a suggestion that indicates the microphone icon and says "New ways to search with your voice!": The reference is to the new command "show me" followed by words like " my subscriptions "," trendy videos ", my chronology", etc. Substantially then the command allows you to navigate vocally through the various sections of the app.

Google has also decided to change the graphic interface of the voice search, deviating from the standard Android: press the microphone icon will now appear in full screen a panel with a red button which is the background a single colour, dark gray or white depending on the theme chosen for the application, dark theme or not.

The changes are available starting from version 13.50.52, but probably their release is gradual depending on the region or language since it is not enough to install the updated application to take advantage of these changes.
