The author of the legendary game series System Shock, Thief and Deus Ex Warren Spencer and OtherSide Entertainment studio do not plan to leave the immersive sim genre loved by many gamers. The company announced the preparation of the project in a completely new universe, but so far there are not many details about the future title.
As Spencer himself noted, fans probably already know what to expect from his new game - "an immersive world and an exciting story that users can directly influence through their decisions and actions." At the same time, the project manager acknowledged that the development is still in the early stages. OtherSide Entertainment will reveal more information at a later date.
Previously, Warren Spencer's studio was preparing System Shock 3, but in the end the project had to be transferred to the Chinese giant Tencent. The reason for this decision was the financial problems of OtherSide Entertainment, which led to the dismissal of many employees.
