Steam users from Russia have started complaining about forced refunds and removal of Elden Ring from their libraries. Moreover, some gamers said that they were thrown out of the game right during the passage.
The problem also affected those who managed to play legally purchased Elden Ring for more than 50 hours. At the same time, a number of users complained about the late return of funds: it was issued, but the money was not returned to the cards. It is important to note that everything that happens with the new creation of FromSoftware is contrary to the refund policy on the platform. Publisher Bandai Namco, by the way, has not yet commented on the situation.
Recall that Elden Ring was released on February 25, 2022 on all current platforms. Critics accepted the novelty with a bang, but ordinary gamers had a number of serious complaints about it - mainly to its technical part.
