The cosmetic company Amway stops deliveries of its products to the Russian Federation and curtails all operations in the market of the aggressor country. This is stated in the official statement of the company.
"The ongoing war and the global legal and operating environment make it impossible to continue doing business in Russia, so we are announcing an immediate suspension of product imports and other operations," the statement said.
Amway is also ready to support people who left Ukraine because of the war.
Employees of the company in Ukraine are involved in charitable assistance to organizations and local hospitals.
“We have been standing by our ideals for more than 60 years, including during very difficult times in different parts of the world. We sincerely hope that peace will prevail and that we can return to fully supporting operations and opportunities for all who are part of the Amway family,” – says in the statement.
