Call of Duty refuses to fade into the background - even with the controversial debut of Vanguard, the series is at the peak of popularity. This is due, among other things, to the success of the shareware Call of Duty: Warzone. Therefore, it is not surprising that Activision is going to release a hit shooter on smartphones and tablets.
The company announced the mobile Warzone without much fuss: a small thematic note appeared on the official website , which also serves as an announcement for the recruitment of developers to the team.
Apparently, the project will have to wait: the authors need a lot of new specialists, including programmers, artists and even producers. In addition to the studios involved in the creation of the action (including Digital Legends, Beenox, Solid State Studios and Demonware), nothing is known about the new product yet.
Call of Duty: Warzone debuted March 10, 2020 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The shooter quickly gained popularity. Now everyone is waiting for the release of the updated version of Warzone for PS5 and XSX.
