MacPaw programs like CleanMyMac and Setapp will continue to work without problems, despite what is happening in Ukraine.
Due to the entry of Russian troops into the territory of Ukraine, many companies and businesses refuse to work on the territory of the Russian Federation. Among them could be the MacPaw company, based in Kiev.
Fortunately, MacPaw programs will continue to work without problems, despite the situation in Ukraine.
MacPaw's management did everything to ensure that what was happening did not affect the company's customers in any way. The company's PR manager, Yulia Petryuk, claims that the company was ready for such events. The company ensures the safety of not only its employees in Kiev, but also equipment with servers.
Here is a statement from MacPaw founder Alexander Kosovan:
We have launched an emergency plan to ensure the safety of our employees in Ukraine. There will be no problems in support and development of our programs. We securely protect our infrastructure and user data on Amazon Web Services . Cloud storage servers are located outside of Ukraine .
There will be no change in how MacPaw programs work. The programs will not only continue to work normally, but will also receive regular updates. The support team will respond to user inquiries. There will be no problems with payment and subscriptions either.
In a post on the MacPaw website, the CEO detailed what the situation means for customers and how MacPaw plans to handle it.
