The flagship vivo X70 Pro + is still in the top ten best camera phones according to DxOMark . Now the laboratory specialists have tested the audio capabilities of this device. To do this, they evaluated the sound quality when playing through speakers and recording on standard microphones.
The vivo X70 Pro + has stereo speakers, but in general, their sound quality is average. When playing sound, the main emphasis is on the middle frequencies. There are too few lows, and highs are almost completely absent. The biggest plus, noted by experts, was the purity of the reproduced sound, since the artifacts are almost inaudible. In terms of recording, the situation as a whole is a little better, and in some categories the device showed itself especially worthy: for example, with regard to the volume of the reproduced audio and the selection of voices. However, the smartphone is extremely poor at suppressing extraneous noise.
“In general, the shortcomings of the record are minor. This vivo smartphone is a useful tool for recording in various scenarios,” the DxOMark review says.
With a final score of 66 points, the vivo X70 Pro + is only 46th in the overall sound quality rating of all smartphones from DxOMark. Even if you look only at the ultra-premium category, to which this device belongs, then here it takes only 23rd place.
