Following the presentation of the usual Xiaomi 12 , the presentation of the Pro version took place. The device turned out to be larger, received a more advanced screen, an audio system unique for smartphones, support for 120-watt charging and three 50-megapixel cameras with improved night shooting.
Xiaomi 12 Pro is equipped with a 6.73-inch 10-bit AMOLED screen with Quad HD + resolution, made with LTPO 2.0 technology, which implements a dynamic refresh rate function from 1 to 120 Hz. The "heart" of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The device supports the proprietary dynamic performance scheduling technology, which allows the processor to instantly switch to maximum power mode and then instantly return to its normal state. According to Xiaomi, this can reduce power consumption by 20%.
The smartphone is equipped with a 4600 mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. In maximum performance mode, charging to 100% takes 18 minutes, but you can also turn on a more efficient mode to reduce heat - charging time is 24 minutes.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has three cameras of 50 megapixels each. The main camera uses a 1 / 1.28-inch Sony IMX707 sensor, capable of capturing 49% more light compared to the IMX766 used in Xiaomi 12. The other two cameras serve for ultra-wide angle and portrait shots. All three lenses can be shot using the new improved night mode, which also works when recording video.
It is also worth noting that the Xiaomi 12 Pro was the world's first smartphone with four speakers. Harman / Kardon specialists are responsible for setting them.
