DxOMark lab experts have evaluated the battery autonomy and charging capabilities of Motorola Edge 20 Pro. As a reminder, the smartphone comes with a 4500mAh battery and a 30W charger.
Testing the autonomy of Motorola Edge 20 Pro, experts found that on a single charge the smartphone can work 75 hours in economy mode, that is, when using no more than 2.5 hours a day, 52 hours in moderate mode (4 hours a day) and 33 hours in intensive use (7 hours a day). At the same time, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro battery loses 3% of its charge overnight. The iPhone 13 has this figure of 1.33%.
In terms of autonomy in different use cases, DxOMark determined that Edge 20 Pro sits down the slowest when using social media, and faster when using GPS.
In terms of charging, the subject showed himself as follows. It takes 42 minutes to restore the battery charge from 0% to 80%, and to 100% - 1 hour and 13 minutes. At the same time, only five minutes near the outlet will provide the device with up to 3.5 hours of battery life.
According to the results of the Motorola Edge 20 Pro battery evaluation, DxOMark experts concluded that although the smartphone is not the best in this category, it impresses with more than two days of battery life.
