Huawei showed its laptop on an ARM processor

The Chinese company Huawei has presented an unusual laptop that can potentially become a kind of alternative to the Macbook with the M1 processor. This is the Qingyun L420 model which will replace the Qingyun L410. The novelty is equipped with an Arm-processor Kirin 9006C with eight cores up to 3.13 GHz.

Also, the laptop has 8 GB of RAM, 256 or 512 GB of storage, a screen with a diagonal of 14 inches and a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels, as well as Linux. The novelty weighs 1.45 kg, and the battery capacity is 56 Wh.

From communications there is a Wi-Fi 6 adapter, a mini-RJ45 port, two USB-A connectors, one USB-C and a 3.5 mm headphone output. Pricing is not disclosed, but the Qingyun L410 model with Linux pre-installed costs about $ 1,400. Obviously, the new product will be more expensive.

There is still no data on the appearance of such a laptop in Russian retail.
