It took AMD over a year to use and demonstrate all of the GPUs in the Radeon RX 6000 generation. The last GPU in the lineup is to be the Navi 24, which will underpin the Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX 6400 graphics cards.
The image of the GPU was shared by the VideoCardz resource . The die area is about 141 mm², 16 WGPs are located inside it, which in the maximum configuration gives 1024 stream processors. Also inside the die there is a 16 MB Infinity Cache and a 64-bit memory controller.
If the rumors are correct, AMD's Navi 24 could be the company's first GPU built with TSMC's 6nm process technology. The presentation of the GPU and graphics cards with it is expected at CES 2022 next week.
