To overcome this problem, the company announced the launch of "limited testing" of the support chat for English-speaking users for whom the platform has not assigned a personal manager. With this tool, mid-range stars can get quick answers to questions about payouts or, say, the new features of Instagram Reels. This function will be most useful for those whose account has been blocked for one reason or another.
When such a problem arises, according to some sources, some authors were forced to resort to the services of shadow "specialists" who have direct access to Meta's technical support staff, but charge a fee for their services. When technical support is officially silent, and a blocked account is a source of income, then it turns out to be the easiest to pay.
A chat with technical support, they say in Meta, will for the first time ever provide real help to users who cannot use their accounts due to being blocked due to suspicious activity or violation of community rules. The function will be able to be used not only by influencers with a large number of subscribers, but also by ordinary users.
The company also reported that it has improved the work of the moderation system: it works by keywords, allowing you to automatically hide comments with pictures or links, as well as block not only individual users, but also their subsequent fake accounts.
Other innovations include the ability to connect up to three co-hosts to live broadcasts on Facebook, display broadcasts in Facebook Stories at the top of subscriber feeds, mark dedicated fans and receive information about when they connect to the air. And finally, it became possible to add links to broadcasts that you can follow without closing the video. The voting tools have also been optimized to make them as user-friendly on mobile platforms as they are on desktops.
