You may know that Volkswagen wants to become a different service provider in the future; That's why the unveiled model of the OnePod is a robotaxi. In terms of exterior design, this concept, although box-shaped, has as much aerodynamic principles as possible. This concept has many glass surfaces and its cabin is immersed in light. Aerodynamic rims, swollen windshields and mostly smooth and uniform surfaces are other features of the Volkswagen OnePad.

The OnePod concept uses LED headlights both front and rear. These lights can display messages to pedestrians and people in the area. At the rear, this concept is also equipped with a special bicycle holder so that bicycle owners can use it carefree.

Due to the shape of the body and large windows, the Vanpod cabin has a very large space and the view around it is amazing. The control buttons in this concept are mounted on the elbows, and the large screens provide the necessary information to the passengers during the trip.

Interestingly, when parking, the vanpod automatically lowers its height by calculating its net weight so that children, wheelchair users and people with mobility problems can ride it easily. Complementing this feature are large sliding doors that allow easy access to the cabin. These doors are connected to a ceiling camera, the camera is equipped with the ability to identify passengers and opens the door automatically when they approach!
