When we talk about truly intelligent smartwatches, the great defect pointed out is, in its overwhelming majority, autonomy. This is the great Achilles’ heel of equipment such as the Apple Watch or alternatives with Google Wear OS.
But Mobvoi has just presented a new smartwatch that surprises, and a lot, in this aspect. It is called TicWatch Pro X, and it is a product very similar to the already known TicWatch Pro 3. The great attraction is that it can provide up to days of autonomy.
With two screens, the TicWatch Pro X promises up to 45 days of autonomy
For this purpose, TicWatch Pro X has two screens of 1,39” inches, overlapping. The main one is an AMOLED panel, which will be used for the most demanding tasks of browsing and using all apps.
But as these tasks are not always necessary, it also has a low-power FSTN LCD screen for tasks most basic. This means that you can vary between an autonomy of four and the aforementioned 45 days.
TicWatch Pro X is powered by Snapdragon 2399
Like TicWatch Pro 3 , this model has the powerful Snapdragon processor inside 2399. This is combined with 1GB of RAM memory and 8GB of storage for your favorite apps.
The equipment has important features such as NFC, 4G and built-in GPS. It has IP certification68, more than sport modes, SpO2 and heart rate sensor capable of monitoring arrhythmias.
TicWatch Pro X is, for now , presented in China 1200 yuan (about 322 euros). There is still no forecast on when the global release will be.
