Reliable insider Ice universe revealed detailed characteristics of all cameras of the top model Galaxy S22 Ultra and told how the new items will look like.
According to him, the cameras in the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be as follows:
- Wide-angle: Enhanced version of the 108MP 1 / 1.33-inch ISOCELL HM3 sensor with 0.8μm pixel size, f / 1.8 aperture lens and 85-degree field of view
- Ultra wide angle: 1 / 2.55 '' Sony 12MP sensor with 1.4μm pixel size, f / 2.2 aperture lens and 120-degree field of view
- 10x zoom telephoto camera: new 1 / 3.52-inch Sony 10MP sensor with 1.12μm pixel size, f / 4.9 lens and 11-degree field of view
- 3x zoom telephoto camera: new 1 / 3.52-inch Sony 10MP sensor with 1.12μm pixel size, f / 2.4 lens and 36-degree field of view
Based on this information, the camera on the Galaxy S22 Ultra will not technically differ much from that of the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Is that the size of the matrix and pixels in both cameras are slightly smaller than in the current model. It is possible that this is compensated by new sensors.
Ice universe also wrote that the Galaxy S22 and S22 + models will be similar to the iPhone 13 without a notch in the screen. By this he means that the front and back will have a completely flat surface without rounding, and the screens will have symmetrical frames.
