Claims are related to the activity the service Instagram, which is owned by Facebook. Recall that one of the largest social networks in the world announced the acquisition of Instagram in the spring 2012 of the year. The deal amounted to approximately $ 1 billion.

Instagram users are claimed to post as video with audiobooks as audio tracks, and links to third-party resources.

The initiators of the process appealed to Roskomnadzor with a demand to bring Facebook to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 10. 41 of the Administrative Code of Russia – refusal to remove illegal content. The fine under this article can range from 800 thousand to 4 million rubles for legal entities.
