Brabus 900 Rocket Edition breaks world record for fastest chassis with 330 km / h

Brabus has unveiled a very exciting project. This project is based on the Mercedes AMG GLE 63 S 4MATIC + coupe crossover and is called 900 Rocket Edition. It achieves zero to one hundred ground missiles in 3.2 seconds and is capable of reaching a top speed of 330 km / h. With such a top speed, the Brabus 900 Rocket Edition is known as the fastest street chassis in the world. Brabus said it will produce only 25 units with a base price of 381,243 euros ($ 447,407).

In the first phase of the AMG GLE 63 S 4MATIC + upgrade, Brabus engineers went for the V8 Twin Turbo engine and increased its volume from 3,982 cc to 4,407 cc. They then made changes to turbochargers, pistons, bearings, crankshafts, pumps and exhaust ducts; Along with these hardware changes, engine management software has also been revised.

The result of these revisions is an increase in engine output to 900 horsepower and 1250 Nm of torque. Interestingly, in order to prevent the destruction of the propulsion components by this huge torque, Brabus has limited its amount to 1050 Nm. The 9-speed automatic transmission, in conjunction with the 4MATIC + system, is responsible for transmitting power to both axles.

As we mentioned at the beginning, relying on this powerful power plant, the Brabus 900 Rocket Edition accelerates to 100 km / h in just 3.2 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 330 km behind the wheel to the driver in a straight line. Show yourself! Not bad to know with this record, Brabus 900 Rocket Edition beat models such as Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, Bentley Bentley Speed and Lamborghini Urus and is considered the fastest chassis in the world.

The Brabus 900 Rocket Edition is equipped with an air suspension system with a dedicated controller module and its height is 25 mm lower than the original model. This supercrossover has also been upgraded in terms of braking and its carbon ceramic discs are 400 mm in diameter at the front and 360 mm in diameter at the rear.

In terms of design, the Brabus 900 Rocket Edition differs from the AMG GLE 63 S coupe, including the new windshield, multiple carbon fiber components on the body, front splitter, added fender edge, three-piece rear spoiler, diffuser and exhaust system with Titanium / carbon outputs and sound adjustment mentioned.

Inside the cabin, all parts are covered with leather or carbon fiber! Decorative components are mainly made of wood, carbon fiber and Alcantara. The use of red color for areas such as the air vents, the middle of the steering wheel, the pedals and the speaker cover has created a beautiful effect.

Brabus offers a three-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty for 900 rocket editions. The ultra-fast crossover is priced at $ 447,407, while the AMG GLE 63 S coupe is priced at $ 116,000.
