The rest of the power supply has a familiar design, which is dominated by matte black color. The P1200W cable connection is modular, which allows the user to connect only the necessary cables, and they are implemented in the form of loops. Besides the visual advantage, it also improves the ventilation of the computer. The supplied cables contain both SATA connectors and drive power connectors.
With dimensions of 160 x 150 x 86 mm, the AORUS P1200W will fit into any mATX case, and even some mini-ITX. Inside, the model is equipped with a 140mm double ball bearing fan that automatically stops when the system load does not exceed 20%. In addition to ensuring quiet operation, this should also increase the life of the fan. In addition, the fan supports a function that allows it to remove dust from itself. To do this, it rotates at high speed in the opposite direction, blowing out small particles of dust and dirt.
With 80 PLUS Platinum certification, AORUS guarantees an efficiency of about 89% for the P1200W, even at full load. At low load, this figure can increase up to 92%.
