OPPO Watch 2 launched With AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 4100 and Apollo 4s, 4G, VOOC Flash

 OPPO company announced smartwatch OPPO Watch 2, which issued to replace the previous model OPPO Watch, released last year. The new line includes two models - with a diagonal of the dials of 46 mm and 42 mm. Both models have a 3D curved AMOLED screen, support (optional) 4G connectivity, miniature speakers and a microphone, and provide a native interface for making phone calls.

OPPO has two models: the first has a 1.75-inch (42mm) AMOLED screen with 372x430 pixels, the second has a 1.91-inch (46mm) AMOLED screen with 402x476 pixels. The hardware is the same for both models: a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor and an Apollo 4s auxiliary chip. The second chip provides a set of functions that are typical for End Point devices. The processor system is paired with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of memory for data storage.

Thanks to the advanced hardware stuffing, the new system is able to switch seamlessly between Android-based ColorOS and RTOS. In smart mode, the system will work autonomously for up to 4 days, in power saving mode, the battery life is up to 16 days without recharging. In this economical mode, the watch will show the time, monitor health status, record sports and fitness exercises, and show notifications.

The younger model (42 mm) has a 360 mAh battery. Featuring VOOC Flash fast charging technology, this watch can be fully charged in 15 minutes for a full working day. The older model (46 mm) has a more powerful 510 mAh battery, VOOC Flash-charging time for a whole day of operation is 10 minutes.

A 3-axis accelerometer sensor, gyroscope sensor, geomagnetic sensor, barometric pressure sensor, optical heart rate sensor, SpO2 (blood oxygen) sensor, ambient light sensor are installed inside the watch. The smart system allows you to track up to 100 sport modes, including running, walking, outdoor cycling, swimming, trainer, and trainer rowing. Water resistance is ensured to a depth of 5 m (5 atm).

The communication set is presented in the following configuration: 4G via eSIM (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11n 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, built-in GPS + GLONASS, NFC for making payments.

The quick release strap from the previous model is now replaced with a buckle strap. Dsgecrftncz also comes with a calfskin strap.



A typical 42-mm model OPPO Watch 2 costs about 199 dollars (14,700 rubles), when equipped with eSIM - 230 dollars (17,000 rubles). The 46 mm model comes only in the version with eSIM at a price of $ 307 (22,700 rubles.)
