DIRT 5 patch fixes bug that prevented unlocking trophies on PS5

Codemasters released the 2.00 patch for DIRT 5 on the PC - the update will arrive on the PlayStation and Xbox platforms in the coming days. The update will fix an issue that gave PS5 players a headache: trophies were not unlocked when certain tasks were completed.

According to the British company, all cups not awarded by the system will appear after PS5 players complete an in-game event. In addition, the images and texts of these achievements have undergone minor updates.

The new DIRT 5 update also includes the free “Snow Limits” package, which brings new items to Playgrounds mode, the “Ice Breaker” circuit and more customization items. Finally, the racing game is now compatible with several steering wheels from Logitech, Fanatec and Thrustmaster.

DIRT 5 features in DualSense should be changed

Speaking of updates to DIRT 5, Codemasters intends to rework the features used by DualSense in the game, even with the positive response from the community. The devs' intention is to improve tactile feedback, as they themselves did not like the final result.
