CD Projekt RED apologizes and offers refund for Cyberpunk 2077

The CD Projekt decided to offer a refund for Cyberpunk 2077. On the networks, the studio spoke about the game's problems and guaranteed that it has updates scheduled for January and February. According to the company, the packages will correct "the main defects found in PS4 and Xbox One", but those who do not want to wait can get their money back.

In its famous (and feared) yellow letter, CD Projekt RED explained how to request a refund for Cyberpunk 2077. Whoever bought digital media on PSN or Xbox, contact the respective support. For physical versions, you need to talk to the retailer.

The developer opened a communication channel by email, “ helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com,” for consumers who are having difficulties getting a refund for Cyberpunk 2077. But keep in mind: the deadline for contact is December 21, 2020.

The developer promised that it would bring constant improvements to the game and asked: "for a second chance" to fix it. She has already explained that she will not turn the game into a PC experience, but it will bring positive results.

CD Projekt RED did not comment on possible rewards to minimize these problems reported in the game. Still, it is not difficult to imagine that it will grant digital bonuses in the future.
