The developer claimed to have been inspired by Counter-Strike for the creation of Warface: Breakout. Combat is focused on exchanging shots with “defuse the bomb” gameplay. They are mechanics familiar to players who have gone through several FPS.
Be a mercenary of the future in Warface: Breakout, a tactical online shooter where accurate gameplay and strategic team cooperation define the PvP experience. Participate in intense shootings, make decisions in the blink of an eye and master a vast arsenal of weapons to achieve victory.
Warface: Breakout maps
The company launched the game with five multiplayer maps already available. Each of them was detailed on the PS Blog :
- Warehouse: a classic map of two areas with installation locations on both sides of a warehouse.
- City: the roof of an open skyscraper in the heart of a futuristic city with some really good sniping points.
- Sandstorm: an excavation site devastated by the sandstorm in Egypt, where you must interrupt or defend the scientific research process.
- Oasis: a beautiful oriental-style palace that hides a labyrinth of corridors.
- Installation: a network of streets covering a complex of suburban facilities.
Warface: Breakout features more than 30 realistic weapons with different gameplay styles. Players will choose assault rifles for mid-range confrontations, while shotguns will be needed for smaller environments.
The FPS will gain new features in the seasons format and it will be possible to obtain exclusive rewards through the Battle Pass.
