- Quick answers - By pressing the "/" key, you can select a quick response and send it;
- Labels - Labels are used to organize your contacts or conversations, so you can find everything more easily when you need it;
- Conversation Filters - Filters are used to manage conversations more easily, enabling you to sort by unread messages, groups, or broadcast lists.
With the new features, conversations between teams and customers become even faster and more productive. In the future, the goal of the application is to introduce more new features so that customers feel even more engaged with businesses.
