The Apple announced on Tuesday (29) the results of the first quarter of it finance, which includes the 2018 holiday shopping season, revealing that its sales revenue fell by 15% over the previous year.

However, the company also showed positive results, stating that there are 1.4 billion active Apple devices among iPhones, Macs, iPads, Apple TVs, iPods and Apple Watches. Of this total, 900 million iPhones, representing a growth of 9% over the same period of the previous year.

The first time Apple surpassed the amount of one billion active devices was in 2016, reaching 1.3 billion in 2018. In terms of comparison with the competitor, Google announced that in 2017, there were over two billion of active Android devices monthly.
