How To Flash Gionee X1s TWRP Recovery 




  1. Connect your device to your PC

  2. Send the SuperSu to your external memory card

  3. Discount and put your Phone off

  4. The Gionee X1s Recovery you downloaded unzip it on your desktop

  5. Launch your Sp Flash Tools

  6. Click load the scatter file from the Sp Flash Tools

  7. Navigate and select the MT6737M_Android_scatter file in the unzip TWRP folder

  8. Then tick just recovery in the Sp flash tools

  9. In the select option on Sp flash tools put Download  only

  10. Click Download or Firmware upgrade.

  11. After doing the above Connect your switched off device (with battery inside) to the PC via USB cord

  12. A progress bar should start running

  13. Wait till you get a Success message (green circle with OK), do not interrupt before then


Vola you have successfully flash the TWRP recovery on your device so next thing to do is to root Gionee X1s  if it is not rooted




How To Root Gionee X1s

Make sure that you have downloaded the Magisk/SuperSU file. Then, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Transfer the downloaded Magisk/SuperSU file to the internal storage or Mcard of your smartphone.
Step 2: Now, boot into Recovery Mode. From the TWRP recovery interface, you are recommended to backup your device Stock ROM if in case the process gets failed, you can restore your Stock ROM back via the TWRP Recovery Mode.
Step 3: Click on the Install‘, and navigate to the file ‘Magisk/SuperSU.zip file’ and swipe to confirm the flash (located at the bottom of your screen). The flashing process should start it will take some seconds to complete.

Congratulations, now you have rooted your Gionee X1s and also have TWRP Recovery installed. Now, you can now install the Xposed Framework, and customise your device as per your preference. If you wish to verify that your device is rooted, download Root Checker app to check your device Root Status.

  2. This twrp isn't working I can't flash with sp flash tool so I flashed with fast boot mode and when I go to recovery mode it's doesn't flash SuperSU instead it's gives bootloop please help me I want to uninstall that freaking bloatware.

  5. I haved flashed the twrp but when go the twrp recovery it says twrp is decrypt and ask for password when I flash SuperSU and reboot it's gives me a bootloop and I have to again recovery my stock room through SP flash tools.

    It says twrp is decrypted and asks for password.
    when I go back and select wipe>format data.
    It results in Bootloop
