- HP ProBook 645 G3;
- HP ProBook 650 G2;
- HP ProBook 650 G3;
- HP ProBook 655 G2;
- HP ProBook 655 G3;
- HP ZBook 17 G3;
- HP ZBook 17 G4;
- HP x360 310 G2;
- HP Pavilion x360;
- HP ENVY m6;
- HP Notebook PC.
In some of these models, the batteries are built-in, so HP will replace the batteries in the original service centers for free. In addition, the company released an update to the BIOS, which takes the battery into a special mode so that the laptop can be safely used without a battery, by connecting it to the power adapter.
HP has also released the HP Battery Program Validation Utility that will check if the battery in your notebook computer is affected. Download it here.
