On the website of the US Patent Office, a document was noted on the registration of the new development of Xiaomi - a foldable smartphone with an electronic pen. According to insiders, we are talking about the Mi Mix Fold 2 model, the design of which can be estimated thanks to the publication of a series of schematic images.
According to the source, the gadget outwardly resembles the original version of the Mi Mix Fold, but provides a magnetic mount for the stylus on the side of the case. The sketches also show such structural elements of the gadget as the camera module, power and volume buttons, as well as the USB Type-C connector and speaker grill.
According to rumors, Xiaomi may present a foldable novelty as early as March 2022. The specifications of the device are still unknown, as well as its estimated cost. The first revision of the device is equipped with an 8.01-inch main display, Snapdragon 888 processor and 12 GB of RAM.
