LG has announced a new gaming laptop called UltraGear (17G90Q). The device will ship with the latest 11th Gen Intel Tiger Lake-H chips and top-end NVIDIA RTX 3080 GPU.
LG UltraGear is equipped with a 17.3-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 300 Hz and a response time of 1 ms. The laptop has a full-size keyboard with customizable backlighting and stereo speakers with surround sound, thanks to DTS: X Ultra technology. The autonomy of the device is provided by a 93 Wh battery.
LG UltraGear weighs about 2.7 kg, and its thickness in the most massive part is 21.4 mm. Along with the latest 11th Gen Intel Core processors and NVIDIA RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics, the laptop boasts a cooling system that includes a steam chamber.
Pricing and availability information for the LG UltraGear will be announced at CES 2022 in a few weeks.
