Jeep Wrangler 4xe hybrid wins first place in Rebelle rally

The car went on sale in 2021, but has already managed to prove that it has not lost its off-road qualities after receiving a hybrid power plant.

The Rebelle rally differs from all analogues in that only women can take part in it, and the track itself passes through the Nevada desert and hot Californian roads. The race was won by a team of 4xEventure professionals led by Nena Barlow and Theraline Peterright. The duo scored the most points in four of the seven rounds. This allowed them to win the Bone Stock and Electrified titles.

1st place

In the second place, absolutely unexpectedly, was the team of Jeep Thrills fans, consisting of a mother and daughter: Christie and Emily Benzie. They came first only once, and after that they could not even get out of the top ten. It is also reported that Jeep 4x4s have won five out of six victories since the founding of the Rebelle Rally in 2015.

Second place

Under the hood of the Jeep Wrangler 4xe is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine and an eight-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission. All this is adjacent to two electric motors. The car has a capacity of 375 liters. with. and 470 lb-ft for all four wheels. A 400-volt 17 kWh battery is responsible for autonomy. Three modes are available to owners, including fuel economy, blended or petrol only.
