HP introduces the new HP OMEN 27c Gaming Monitor. The curved screen provides an immersive gaming experience, while the high refresh rate and low response time guarantee smooth and clear images without blur or tearing.
It is the world's first 1000R Curved Eyesafe Gaming Monitor that reduces eye damage, allowing users to play longer without discomfort. It uses a 27-inch VA panel with 2560 x 1440 pixels, HDR 400 capable and capable of displaying 92% of the DCI-P3 color space. Important specs for gamers will be 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification.
The monitor comes with the new OMEN Gaming Hub App, which allows you to enable dynamic crosshairs that change color depending on the environment and have 248 customization options. In addition, the monitor supports Shadow Vision and Edge Precision functions: the former increases visibility in dark areas of the picture, and the latter smooths and corrects the clarity of the image in the game.
Console enthusiasts will appreciate the ability to connect the monitor to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch via HDMI 2.0. Also in the OMEN 27c there is one DisplayPort 1.4, one USB Type-C and two USB Type-A with data transfer rates up to 10 Gb / s.
In addition, with support for the Philips Hue Bridge smart light system, OMEN 27c owners will be able to synchronize the lighting in the room with what is happening on the screen.
The price and timing of the arrival of the monitor on sale have not yet been announced.
