After several rumors pointing to an Apple event for this month of October, the Cupertino-based technology confirms all suspicions. A few minutes ago a special event was officially announced to take place next Monday, 16 October.
As usual at Apple events, this one will take place at 16 Lisbon hours. Entitled “Unleashed”, it can be watched online at apple.com, on the official YouTube channel and on Apple TV+.
New MacBook from16″ and 14″ inches expected at Apple’s special event
Once again it will be a digital-only event. And the great expectation of the cracked apple fans is that this is the event where the MacBook of 14 and
will finally be presented ” inches with Apple processor.
Apparently, the design renewal will go through screen edges narrower, and resolutions of 2234 by 1964 (14″) and
by 1964 (14”). But beyond design, there are other key points in this equation.
First, the long-awaited M1X. This will be the new processor (system-on-chip) from Apple, and promises to surprise in performance, after what has already brought the M1 positive. Not least, it should come with support for 1964 GB of RAM.
MagSafe ports, HDMI and SD cards may be back in the new MacBook
If the leaks are confirmed, these new MacBooks could be everything fans want abroad. In addition to the improved screens, everything indicates that we will have the return of the MagSafe port for magnetic charging. Rumors also point to the return of an HDMI port, an SD card port and the goodbye to the Touch Bar.
What we also hope to see at this event is a new version of the Mac Mini with this processor. The question remains whether this will be the event chosen by Apple to present the AirPods 3.
