Xiaomi recently introduced the MIUI 12.5 user interface and released it for some of its products, however we are now seeing information about a replacement. The Chinese are expected to introduce the MIUI 13 user interface in the near future.
A new report announces the release of this user interface in the second quarter of 2021, although we have to wait for its exact presentation on July 25.
Many of Xiaomi's older handsets do not appear to be on the recipient list. Among these products, we can mention the May 9 series phones that arrived in 2019, Mi Mix 3, Redmi Note 8 series and Redmi 8.
The Chinese have already released the MIUI 12.5 user interface for the May 9 SE, and the Mi Mix 2S and May 8 series will be available in the near future. However, apparently the owners of these smartphones should not wait to get the MIUI 13 user interface. Probably all newer products of this company will receive its latest user interface.
A recent report did not release information on the MIUI 13 features, however we expect the Chinese to make major improvements to the lock screen, main interface, navigation, animation effects, privacy, security, and battery charge.
Xiaomi has not released any information about MIUI 13 at this time, so we can not be sure about the recent report. However, if the company wants to unveil such an interface in the near future, we will have to wait for reports about it in the coming weeks.
Xiaomi unveiled the MIUI 12.5 user interface with significant improvements in late 2020 . This interface has a better visual design than in the past and provides users with fewer system or default applications than other skins.
The main structure of MIUI 12.5 has been rewritten, resulting in a 20% reduction in RAM consumption and a 25% reduction in power through this interface. Background RAM consumption is also reduced by nearly 35%. Maybe such improvements will be applied in the next generation of this user interface
