The next update for Watch Dogs Legion , which was due out at the end of April, has been postponed until May 4th. According to a statement on social media, developers will use the extra time to refine the patch's improvements. The online mode will feature cooperative missions in version 4.0.
This will be the first robust update that the title will receive in 2021. In it, players will be able to select Mina Sidhu, the new playable character who has genetically altered abilities and will have its own story.
The patch will also feature mechanics for recruiting NPCs, cooperative missions, assignment systems and more options to customize your avatar. Check out the statement issued on the Watch Dogs Legion social networks :
Our team is working with a focus on finalizing update 4.0, which had been scheduled for the end of April. While we were looking at multiple parts of the content, we encountered some problems that needed attention before we released the patch to you. We want the quality of this update to be in the best possible conditions. Therefore, we decided to postpone the launch until May 4 to guarantee these improvements.
This delay will allow us to continue working on bug fixes that were not even reported by players within the game, as the update will feature even more improvements.
We are excited to see you playing the next version of Watch Dogs: Legion and seeing your reactions to our roadmap has been fantastic. Thank you for all your support and passion.
