The Witcher is back: The Witcher production continues after Henry Cavill injury

The past few months have not been easy for the Season 2 team in The Witcher series. After an injury by actor Henry Cavill, the rise of COVID-19 cases in Europe and the end/beginning of the year parties, the production of the Netflix series is back, according to the website Redanian Intelligence.

And not only that, Geralt de Rivia's interpreter is on set to continue the show, a week ago he posted on Instagram that he was recovering from the injury. In addition, he returns accompanied by his co-worker Paul Bullion, who will be the wizard lambert in the adaptation, and publicized the moment on Twitter.

Back on set for Netflix's The Witcher … A postponed Christmas gift from a friend. Lambert is really growing up in thick skin ... She is a funny girl!

The Redanian Intelligence vehicle said it had obtained information that filming will continue in March and the production of The Witcher series will be delayed for a month because of all the recent problems. So far, the second year of the adaptation has no release date.

The Witcher season 2 set images

Netflix in December 2020 released new images of the set to increase fan anxiety. In the photos, it is possible to see a collection of swords that can refer to Kaer Morhen, the fortress of the Wolf School, where Geralt will take Ciri. In addition, it is possible to see several medallions from wizarding schools.

The most mysterious image probably shows the coat of arms of the Scoia'tael, elven rebels, who appear throughout the three games of The Witcher, being extremely important characters for the world of the series.
