Sony apologizes and promises to increase pre-order inventories for PlayStation 5

The company explained that it intends to increase inventories in the coming days

The pre-sale of the PlayStation 5 started last Thursday (17), but it did not go as expected. The immediate start ended up causing widespread confusion and many people were unable to book a video game unit.

And today (19), the company finally commented on the matter. On Twitter , the Japanese apologized and made a promise: more consoles will go on sale in the next few days.
Let's be honest: pre-orders for the PlayStation 5 could have been a lot easier. We really apologize for that.

In the coming days, we will launch more consoles for pre-ordering - stores will share more details.

And more PlayStation 5 will be available by the end of the year.
