Apple to launch new method to restore data from your old iPhone

The publisher Guilherme Rambo of 9to5 Mac, discovered in the beta of iOS 13 a new way of transferring data between your old and recent iPhone. Apparently, data restoration can be done directly between the devices, via cable.

First, this editor has found an icon that shows us an iPhone X or higher connected by cable to an older model. A very enlightening picture, as you can see next.

Secondly, Rambo found a new message to be presented to the user for the restoration of his data. Here, read " keep the other iPhone connected to this iPhone and connected to the power until the transfer is completed, "

Restore data from iPhone by cable is yet to explain

These clues mean that with the arrival of iOS 13, it is possible to restore data from one iPhone to another via a cable. Still, we do not know for sure how this process will work.

Also, connecting one iPhone to another directly by cable is currently impossible. This is true insofar as Apple does not market any cable from Lightning to Lightning.

This could be the ideal pretext for launching a new accessory for the market. This, of course, given that the entry of the new iPhone XI continues to be Lightning.

On the other hand, if the new iPhone arrives with USB-C input, then this data transfer can be achieved, for some, without the purchase of an extra accessory. Is that, at the moment, Apple already markets cables from Lightning to USB-C.

The adoption of a USB-C input on the iPhone XI feeds some of the rumors around in the next generation iPhone. In this sense, it would not be surprising if this entry makes its debut in the equipment to be unveiled next September.

Right now, there are two ways to restore data from an old iPhone to a brand new one. One of these requires you to download and install a backup through iTunes. The second method makes use of iCloud and the data stored there.
