POCO F1 Lite has just appeared in the Geekbench database, it could be a new smartphone from the Xiaomi sub-brand with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 and 4 GB of RAM.
Last year Xiaomi had created the new POCO brand with a very specific mission: to welcome smartphones that were able to offer high performance at an affordable price. POCO F1 (which came to us as POCOPHONE F1 ) was the first model of this new family and was one of the most talked-about smartphones of last year due to a highly respected technical equipment proposed at a particularly low list price. The device, although not without its problems, has obtained an excellent response from the public, just think of the 700,000 units sold in India in the first three months.
While the audience of fans is waiting to find out what the new F2 will look like , according to what recently emerged from the Geekbench database, Xiaomi could be about to launch a Lite variant of the POCO F1 model, therefore a lower version in terms performance and even more economical.
Just a few hours ago the popular benchmarking platform, as stated in the image above, identified a smartphone as Xiaomi POCO F1 Lite. The smartphone, equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC at 14 nm and 4 GB of RAM , scored 1,341 in the single-core test and 4,830 in the multi-core test. As for the software, the operating system reported is Android 9.0 Pie.
Curiously, on the Geekbench day, another mysterious Xiaomi smartphone was spotted with the code name " Uranus " and exactly the same technical specifications. This second device obtained 1,329 points in single-core and 4,821 points in multi-core. Although it cannot be stated with certainty, it could be the same smartphone.
