Netflix: these are the smartphones that support HDR content

Certainly, we all love to watch our favorite series with the highest quality possible. Incidentally, if there is a platform for quality in its content, it is Netflix. Given that much of the content, today is already consumed on-the-go, smartphones are thus one of our preferred means of consuming content.

We recently told you that the Samsung Galaxy S10 line had been added to Netflix's list of HDR devices. The list is still small but is likely to grow significantly soon.

But why is HDR so important?

Thus, High Dynamic Range is, to the letter, High Dynamic Range. That is, it basically means that the reach you're going to watch is more dynamic. Undeniably, you will have colors more pronounced, blacks are more black and there is more distinction between both.

And if this was already a relatively common technology on televisions, it now aims to become the mobile devices. Incidentally, in this list we have several smartphones (all tops range) and tablets from Samsung.

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 8

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S4

  • Samsung Galaxy S9

  • Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e, S10 +

  • Honor 10

  • Huawei Mate 10 Pro

  • Huawei Mate 20

  • Huawei P20

  • Sony Xperia XZ Premium

  • Sony Xperia XZ1

  • Sony Xperia XZ2

  • Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium

  • Sony Xperia XZ3

  • LG G7

  • LG G7 One

  • LG Q9 One

  • LG X5

  • LG V30

  • LG V35

  • LG V40

  • Pixel 3

  • Razer Phone

In short, it's a matter of time until the HDR is something common in Netflix's range tops. Win Netlifx, because it spreads content with the best quality, and we win, that we watch. Above all, the quality.
