Just over two weeks after launch, Samsung Galaxy S10 + is back to be seen on Geekbench in the Exynos variant by improving the score previously recorded.
The presentation event of Samsung's new Galaxy S10 is approaching and, as expected, the rumours about these new smartphones are now such and so much to leave little to be discovered yet. Certainly, the Samsung UNPACKED 2019 will be particularly rich: as if they were not enough Galaxy S10, which a few days ago have appeared in a new series of interesting render, there is a great expectation for the Galaxy Fold folding smartphone.
A little while ago the picture is enriched again: the variant of Samsung Galaxy S10 + with SoC Exynos 9820 (the one that interests us more closely) has appeared again in the database of Geekbench, with a score a bit 'higher than the previous sighting. It is not in fact the first time Galaxy S10 + on the benchmark platform: at first it was the variant with Snapdragon 855 and then, a couple of weeks ago, just that Exynos. If the scores of those early benchmarks seemed a bit disappointing, there has now been a natural improvement from the approach of the software to the final version.
A quick comparison shows that Samsung Galaxy S10 + has improved by 9% in multi-core, to such an extent that the variant with Exynos 9820 has not only reached that with Snapdragon 855, but has even surpassed by a hundred points. The improvement was also in the single-core test and also, in this case, the variant with proprietary SoC exceeded that Qualcomm.
In both cases, however, Samsung Galaxy S10 + failed to take the top of the charts, which remains the prerogative of Apple iPhone XS Max.
