Initially introduced in China in July, the Nokia X5 smartphone was subsequently made available in a global version under the name Nokia 5.1 Plus. HMD Global, the Finnish company that develops mobile devices under the Nokia brand, announced today that in the coming days two new versions of Nokia 5.1 Plus will be launched on the market.
The new smartphones will be equipped with more memory than the original model that comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. The enhanced models of Nokia 5.1 Plus will be available for purchase online starting tomorrow, February 7th and in physical stores from February 12th, but for now only in India.
The cheaper model of the two devices is equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage space and is sold for about $ 200, while the most expensive model is equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage and is sold at a price around $ 230.
Probably these prices will go up a little in Europe due to VAT and other taxes, however, apart from the amount of memory, there are no other differences between these new models and the original ones of Nokia 5.1 Plus.
